Nabila has provided assistance on commercial IP and IP prosecution
matters to various clients. Among her most notable clients are Indonesia’s
biggest application-based transportation company, a Malaysian home improvement
retailer, and one of the biggest multinational cigarette and tobacco
manufacturing company. She has completed trainings on technology transfer
negotiation and drafting as well as licensing and IP agreement. Nabila has
published an article on Indonesia’s trademark law in The Luxury Law Alliance as
a co-author and an article on the impact of Presidential Regulation 63/2019 on
trademark holders in Bisnis Indonesia.
