Over the past nine years of joining the firm, Nabila has actively assisted in Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution and commercial matters to a diverse clientele, including Indonesia’s biggest application-based transportation company, a Malaysian home improvement retailer, and one of the biggest multinational cigarette and tobacco manufacturing companies.
Nabila’s practice involves managing her clients’ regional and international IP portfolios. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with her clients to fully grasp their objectives. This allows her to provide comprehensive and practical advice on their overall IP strategy, from protection in their specific target markets to the commercialization of their assets.
She has also completed various IP training and published articles on the subject, which demonstrate her insightful understanding of regulatory dynamics affecting intellectual property rights.
