Elsiana has been involved in various IP Litigation cases, including trademark cancellation claims, trademark infringement claims, trademark deletion claims, patent deletion claims, industrial design cancellation claims, and several Supreme Court cases. She has represented clients across different industries from application-based transportation, tobacco, electronics, and fashion, to industrial supplies and investment. Elsiana has participated in many trainings on IP-related topics, including copyright infringement of digital products. She has co-written an article titled The Indonesian Supreme Court Reaffirms the “First to File” System and the Existence of Well-known Trademarks published in The Luxury Law Alliance.
