Dezi is a senior lawyer in Indonesia with more than 25 years of experience. From 2009 – 2017, Dezi worked with international law firms in Singapore, including Clifford Chance Singapore.

Throughout her career, Dezi has advised national and multinational companies. Dezi’s expertise and experience cover a broad range of legal practice areas which include Corporate/M&A, investments and Project Finance. Dezi's experience in the Corporate/M&A sector includes advising and assisting on the acquisition of a major coal mining company, assisting and advising on a high-profile divestment requirement for a US mining-based company, and advising on the acquisition of a medical device company. In the financing sector, Dezi has assisted both companies and creditors in various sectors such as vessel financing, project financing for mining companies, and power plants.

Dezi is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Advocates Association (Peradi). She is also a member of the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan.
