Aldi has advised foreign and local clients, from private entities to state-owned enterprises. His expertise in general corporate and commercial issues extends beyond than providing legal advice. Aldi has also been involved in various administrative law, commercial law, competition law, consumer protection, labor law, intellectual property litigation, and corruption litigation cases.
Aldi’s diverse clientele encompasses industries such as financial institutions (banking and insurance), mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, broadcasting, and retail industry. Aldi has also involved in providing his expertise to ministries and associations.
Aldi’s experiences include representing clients in corporate actions and transactions, such as M&A, pre-IPOs, IPOs, right issue, project financing, mutual fund, debt restructuring, corporate agreement for embedded banking, and foreign Investment.
He actively shares his extensive knowledge and experience on commercial law, such as insurance law and commercial dispute resolution in various occasions such as seminars and events. His expertise in this field is demonstrated by his contribution to Chapter 19 of The Law Review: The Insurance and Reinsurance Law Reviews, 6th edition, published in 2018. Furthermore, he has published several other articles on topics such as bank bankruptcy, capital markets, and monopoly practices.
Aldi is a licensed member of the Indonesian Administrator and Receiver (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/AKPI) and Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI).
