Adrian Luthfi Imantaka is an experienced and dedicated legal professional. He graduated from Pancasila University. Specializing in various aspects of Intellectual Property matters, Adrian has developed a deep understanding as well as extensive expertise in processes ranging from filing to dispute resolution.
Since becoming a part of K&K in 2016, Adrian has been actively involved in various aspects of intellectual property matters, from non-contentious to contentious across diverse industries. Adrian consistently enhances his expertise through ongoing training initiatives, which cover a wide range of topics, including domain dispute resolution, intellectual property infringement and protection, counterfeit and piracy issues, as well as patent and industrial design matters. He holds a valid license as an Intellectual Property Consultant and Advocate.
