Examination of a Counterfeit Razor Blade Products

Monday, 26 October 2020, K&K Advocates - intellectual property, as the attorney of The Gillette Company (owner of the rights to the Gillette brand), together with PT. Procter & Gamble Home Products Indonesia, Directorate General of Customs and Excise , the Directorate General of Intellectual Property and the Commercial Court at the Semarang District Court have conducted an examination of a razor blade product imported by a company in Indonesia, where the product is suspected of violating the Intellectual Property of the brands of The Gillette Company and its variants. During the joint examination, K&K Advocates - intellectual property and representatives of PT. Procter & Gamble Home Products Indonesia ensures that the imported products are counterfeit.
